BioSelect is committed to being good stewards of the environment by providing foodservice products and services that are biodegradable, compostable, made of annual renewable resources and will be of the highest quality and most competitive pricing.

Our Commitment to the Environment

BioSelect is committed to the environment by implementing the 3R’s in our workplace. We Reduce, Recycle and Reuse by printing internal documents on the back side of paper that has been used, shredding and recycling confidential papers and utilize recycling facilities for our magazines and cardboard. We use electronic data storage and operate a paperless office when possible. We use low energy and natural light throughout our office and warehouses and encourage our staff to recycle, use earth friendly products and drive hybrid vehicles. We feel it is important for all of us to do our part to reduce our carbon footprint.

Community Involvement

BioSelect is committed to our communities by being involved. We are members of organizations that work towards creating a healthier environment by reducing our landfill waste through recycling and composting. We communicate with state and local governments to help educate the public about alternatives used to replace petroleum based plastics and styrofoam and we are working with our customers, colleges, universities, corporations and government agencies to help reduce their landfill waste by using all natural foodservice disposable products.
